Ongoing Support

As our bodies change and age, our physiology does as well. We require dietary changes, different forms of exercise to maintain cardiovascular fitness, different medications to treat pre-existing conditions. Our goal is to take you through this journey for years to come with regular review points to make sure your health is optimal.

Check In & Review

Follow up and tracking progress is essential. Repeat testing of some biomarkers prior to the consultation will allow us to understand your physiological responses to intervention. It is at this point that we decide if further changes or testing is needed.

Management Plan

Once these results have been collated our team can deliver a full report and management plan. This could involve the prescription of medication, advice on specific lifestyle modifications, glucose monitoring, targeted exercise and nutrition.

Tailored Testing

Following the initial consultation, we will have agreed to a series of investigations that give us precise data regarding your physiological constitution. This could range from simple blood tests to more detailed scans such a CT, MRI and DEXA. These tests are either done at home or at a partner centre for scans.
